Description：
This Curing Press is appliable for curing TBR,LTR and bias tyres with Nitrogen or steam as curing medium.
This Curing Press is a Hydraulic type, the beam moves vertically and horizontally for tyre loading and unloading. The center mechanism is BOM type and the curing mould is heated by Platen.
This Curing Press is equipped with Dual-Column Vertical Chuck and Swing type Unloading Device for tyre loading and unloading. As per customer's request, Auto-Adjusting Device, SMO Drive Device, PCI and Green Tyre Holder are available. Curing Piple can also be made into order.
This Curing Press uses PLC for real-time control, and industrial PC forHuman-Machine Operation Interface.All parameters can be re-set duringCuring Cycle, and real-time data collection/preservation,alarming,aswell as data back dating can also be realized through this system. With ethernet interface,Curing Press group-management is available. One Oil Hydraulic Station can be fitted on to drive and control one or up to five Curing Presses. Proportional Electric-Hydraulic Control Technology is adopted for Mould Open/Close Speed adjustment.
