55" Mechanical Tire Curing Press B-Type (Twin-Mold)
This Curing Press is applicable for curing TBR, LTR and bias tires with Nitrogen or steam as curing medium. This Curing Press is a Mechanical type, the beam moves vertically and horizontally for tire loading and unloading. The center mechanism is BOM type and the curing mould is heated by Platen.
Other features: Single- or Dual-Column Vertical Chuck Loader, Dual-Cylinder Unloading Device, Pro-Bar Style Mould Stripping Unit. As per customer's request, Auto-Adjusting Device, SMO Drive Device, PCI and Green Tire Holder are available. Curing Pipe can also be made into order.
This Curing Press uses PLC for real-time control, and industrial PC for Human-Machine Operation Interface. All parameters can be re-set during Curing Cycle, and real-time data collection/preservation, alarming, as well as data back dating can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, Curing Press group-management is available
